Terms & Conditions – Mysore Taxi Booking

Welcome to Mysore Taxi Booking. By accessing or using our website and taxi services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. General Terms

• All cab bookings made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp are subject to availability.
• By booking with us, you accept these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy.
• Mysore Taxi Booking reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Confirmation

• Bookings can be made online, via phone, or WhatsApp.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message or email from us.
• For outstation or special bookings, an advance payment may be required.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Taxi fares are calculated based on vehicle type, distance, time, and service type (one-way, round trip, sightseeing, etc.).
• Prices quoted at the time of booking are inclusive of driver allowance, fuel, and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Toll, parking, and interstate permit charges (if any) are payable by the customer.
• Payments can be made by cash, UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or digital wallets.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup.
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup time may attract a cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or last-minute cancellations after the cab has been dispatched.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Responsibilities of Passengers

• Passengers must provide accurate pickup and drop details at the time of booking.
• Any changes in route, additional pickups/drops, or extended waiting time may attract extra charges.
• Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Mysore Taxi Booking is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the cab.
• Passengers must maintain good conduct during travel; any misconduct may result in termination of the service.

6. Responsibilities of Mysore Taxi Booking

• We ensure that all vehicles are well-maintained, sanitized, and insured.
• Drivers are experienced, licensed, and trained to ensure passenger safety.
• In case of vehicle breakdown or unavoidable delay, an alternate cab will be arranged at the earliest possible time.
• While we strive for timely service, we are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.

7. Usage Restrictions

• Cabs are not to be used for illegal activities or transportation of prohibited items.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or carrying hazardous materials in the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Pets are allowed only if informed in advance and agreed upon during booking.

8. Liability

• Mysore Taxi Booking is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in dispute.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mysore, Karnataka.
