1. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: You can cancel your taxi booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup without any charges.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup may attract a cancellation fee, depending on vehicle type and distance.

No-Show Policy: If the passenger does not show up at the scheduled pickup time, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Special / Outstation Trips: For long-distance trips (Mysore to Coorg, Ooty, Wayanad, Bangalore, etc.), cancellations 24 hours prior to pickup are allowed without charges. Late cancellations may incur 50–100% of the fare depending on trip distance and vehicle.
